Return Policy

CANCELLATION – If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 12 hours). We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are unable to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange (see our refunds and returns policy for details). As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.

DAMAGED PRODUCT – If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via our contact page with images containing proof of your parcel that is damaged. Please include your order number as well. We will evaluate and get back to you with the proper procedures to move forward with a resolution.
